REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At BakersBakery.ca, we strive to ensure that every product meets the highest standards of quality. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and exchange policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Perishable Items: Due to the nature of our products, all perishable items such as cakes, pastries, and bread are non-refundable. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.
Non-Perishable Items: For non-perishable items like gift cards or baking accessories, returns and exchanges can be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.
2. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Proof of Purchase: Please include proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) when requesting a refund or exchange.
3. Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We may require photos of the item(s) in question.
Refund Processing: Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchange Options: If you prefer an exchange, we will provide a replacement of the same item. If the item is unavailable, we may offer a similar product of equal or greater value.
4. Exclusions
Custom Orders: Custom-made products and special orders are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part.
Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
5. Additional Information
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Allergy Information: We take allergies seriously. Please notify us of any allergies at the time of ordering. We cannot offer refunds for reactions to known allergens once disclosed.
